No refunds
Every tin is a custom project, built from your details for your business. So once you've paid, we don't give refunds. Here's how that works, in plain English. This policy is part of our terms.

1.Try before you buy
You see a finished, free preview of your site before you pay a penny. Click round the whole thing. If you don't like it, don't buy it. No hard feelings.
2.What isn't refundable
- The one-off payment. It pays for building your custom site and registering your domain in your name. Neither can be undone.
- Monthly payments. Each month is paid in advance. If you cancel partway through a month, we don't refund the rest of that month.
- Upgrades. The difference you pay to move up a tin.
3.Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your manage link. It takes effect straight away: the subscription stops, your site comes down, and we email you your site's files and help hand over your domain. Nothing more is taken after you cancel.
4.If you're a consumer
If you're buying as a consumer (not for your business), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel a service. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you lose this right once your site is built and live. If you cancel within 14 days and before your site is fully built, email hello@tinwebsites.com. We'll refund what you've paid, minus a fair amount for work already done.
None of this affects your other legal rights. If something we provide isn't as described or isn't done with reasonable care and skill, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies, and we'll put it right.
5.Something wrong?
If something isn't right with your site, tell us at hello@tinwebsites.com and we'll fix it.
